Our bright and comfortable family home is 1.5 km from the beaches and the center of St Briac and St Lunaire, all within 10 minutes by bike! Also ideal for walking trips. Sheltered at the end of an alley, it is appreciated for its calm, its wooded environment and its spacious garden (1200 m2). Renovated in 2022, all modern with a warm interior, our house (110 m2) is very functional and allows you to live as much inside as outside! The space On the ground floor: -bel living space (living/dining room) with its large bay windows (south expo) which let in a lot of natural light and offer beautiful views to the garden. (step-free access to the terrace and garden) - a fully equipped open kitchen -a master bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm) and its bathroom -Separate Wc Upstairs: -4 small bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 bedrooms with single bed (90 x 200 cm) - a shower room - Separate toilet Available: -Wifi, Books, comics, and plenty of board games! - all our outdoor equipment available to make your stay pleasant: a garden table to have your meals on the large sunny south-facing terrace (with awning), 6 deckchairs, a barbecue, a ping pong table, games (boules, molky, croquet, balloons, volleyball net, etc.), a shower for the return from the beach... and the nice bonus: the provision of some bicycles (to be returned in good condition, brakes, tires, etc. if necessary) Other things to note o Rental for a minimum of 2 nights and weekly during school holidays o Capacity 8 people (possibility of 10 people using the pull-out beds - on request) o New beds and mattresses for comfortable nights! o Sheets and towels not provided o Pets not allowed, o Non-smoking house o The garden is not fully fenced o House outside the subdivision, quiet o We lend you our bikes: take care of them and return them to the initial state (tire, brakes...) so as not to impact your deposit :-)
