Welcome to La Land! This dual-aspect apartment has a loggia with beach views and another south-facing loggia. On the seafront and close to shops, you can enjoy your stay in this pretty cocoon. This place is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator access. You will enter through the hallway leading to the living room on the right, offering a magnificent view of the sea and the beach from the entrance. The loggia will allow you to enjoy it in all weather. The kitchen is open to the living room with table and high chairs. Living room on the loggia side with TV and sofa bed (bring sheets). Kitchen facilities: - baking sheets, - Microwave, - fridge/freezer - Nespresso coffee machine - toaster, - kettle, - citrus juicer - dishwasher - dishes The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a TV and offers access to the second south-facing loggia. Shower room with washing machine. Separate WC. Included: Wi-Fi, Linens (towels, dish towels, bath mats, sheets for the double bed), board games. A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge and a garbage bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access. You will have access to the entire house and all amenities. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note Self check-in can be done with a key box.
