The place is ideal for exploring Marrakech in complete serenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING The space 85 m² accommodation fully renovated in December 2023. In the center of Guéliz, quiet in a cul-de-sac close to the Majorelle Gardens (Avenue Yacoub El Mansour crossing Boulevard Mohamed 5). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the Ghita 17 residence. It has a modern decor, is a through apartment and has 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms and a sofa for a maximum capacity of 4 adults. The apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 3 low-noise reversible air conditioners (hot/cold) in each room. It is also equipped with a smart TV with a bouquet of French and international channels, free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber optic router, washing machine, safe, clothes drying rack, filter coffee maker, microwave and iron. High-quality mattresses have memory foam. The apartment is very well equipped with kitchen utensils. Cleaning fees include sheets, bath towels (1 bath towel per guest) and end-of-stay cleaning. Upon arrival, a minimum of one roll of toilet paper and hand soap will be available. No intermediate cleaning or change of linen is included in the fee. A guard is present 24/7, and a parking space in the basement is available to park your vehicle (motorized gate with remote control). There is a videophone to ensure safety. Any reservation made by a group of men will be canceled by the guests. - Families and married couples are accepted without any specific conditions. - The presence of prostitutes in the building is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate call to the police, leading to immediate eviction. - Respect for the neighborhood is required, and parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited (otherwise, it will result in an immediate call to the police and immediate eviction). - The tenant will peacefully use the rented accommodation, furniture, and equipment according to their intended purpose as specified in the lease. They will be responsible for any damages and losses occurring during the contract period in the premises they exclusively occupy. - The tenant will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in good condition, both in terms of cleanliness and repair, at the end of the contract. In case of breakage or deterioration of items listed in the inventory, the landlord may claim their replacement value. - The tenant will avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially those generated by radios, speakers, televisions, and other devices. - The tenant cannot file any claims against the landlord in case of theft or damages to the rented premises. - The tenant will adhere to the maximum number of people allowed in the premises as specified in their rental request. - The tenant cannot object to the landlord or their representative visiting the premises upon request. - Failure to return the accommodation in a suitable state of cleanliness (meaning appropriate use of the premises with maximum washing of dishes from the last dinner and breakfast) may result in additional cleaning charges. - No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation (smoking is permitted on the two balconies of the apartment). - All necessary information (contacts, access plan, etc.) will be sent to you as soon as possible after your reservation.
