We ONLY accept families in this quiet and peaceful setting, with views of Garlaban and Sainte-Baume. Ideally located 16 km from Cassis, 12 km from the Calanques of La Ciotat, and 15 km from the Old Port of Marseille. Tram 3 min walk. The space Relax in this peaceful residence nestled in the heart of a quiet subdivision. It includes five bedrooms: three adult bedrooms with double bed including 1 sofa bed with memory mattress topper, an adult room with king size bed, a playroom, a children's room with a double bed and a child room with 1 single bed. Possibility to add a crib, high chair and changing table upon request. You will also find a bathroom with shower and bath, a shower room, two toilets, two kitchens, two living rooms, 5 fridges (1 top inside in the ground floor accommodations, 1 top outside on the pool/terrace side, 1 fridge/freezer in the laundry room on the ground floor and 1 fridge freezer located in the living room upstairs). Also enjoy the wine cellar (unfilled). You will have access to a desk, 3 TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, Canal +, Disney +, and Amazon. Wifi. The house is equipped with a large table for ten people inside, an extendable coffee table for twelve people, as well as three outdoor tables: a table for six on the main terrace, a table for twelve on the lower terraces, and a table for two in the small garden. Leisure facilities include a petanque court, swimming pool, 4-person inflatable jacuzzi (optional for an extra charge), wood/charcoal barbecue, pizza oven, trampoline, slide, ice cream cooler next to the pool, barbecue, gas barbecue. The property is ideally located 16 km from Cassis, 12 km from the Calanques of La Ciotat, and 15 km from the Old Port of Marseille. A tram is just a three minute walk away, providing easy access to Aubagne. You can also go for a walk in the Provencal hills or go mountain biking from the house. All public transport in Aubagne, including buses and tram, is free. We only accept families in this quiet and peaceful setting, with stunning views of the Garlaban and Sainte Baume. The pool does not open until May. Latest generation bubble tarp (heats up faster than traditional tarps) dating from August 2024. Mosquito net in the bedrooms of the upper part. Fan in all bedrooms. Other things to note You will be sharing the space with 3 turtles that are kept in a large enclosure. Hip Hip Hip, 3 years old; Hourra, 3 years old; and Hercule, 4 years old. 4-seater inflatable hot tub extra at the rate of €50/week. New bedding on the ground floor in October 2025. King size bed in the upper bedroom, new mattress and bedding March 2026, king size bed in the lower bedroom (installation in May 2026). Otter room 1 single bed modified in January 2026 by a canopy bed.
