PRICE CURE 950€/21 nights LOCATION Read in PLANS - description of the neighborhood for access to the station Relax in this quiet and stylish home located in our new chalet “The Polar Bear” Located in Les Chavonnes, a small mountain hamlet in the municipality of COURCHEVEL, the chalet de l 'ours blanc is a large Savoyard chalet nestled just above Brides les Bains. Built in 2023, Les Névés is the 1st born on our four apartments, they are all furnished, equipped and bright. The space The Le Névé apartment is a T2+ for 5 people located on the top floor, under the roof, in a chalet comprising 4 apartments. There is 1 floor to climb. It is equipped as follows: Bedroom: - 1 160/200 bed (or 2 small 80/200 beds) - 1 small "cabin" bed 80/200 Living area: - 1 sofa bed with 140/200 mattress it is comfortable for 4 adults / 4 adults and 1 child / 1 couple and 3 children It has a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for good cooking The shower room has a walk-in shower with toilet and sink The property has ONE outdoor parking space on the property. Air conditioning possible only during high heat (above 25 degrees and set by us to avoid abuse) Please note, when the price is less than €95/night, bed sheets, towels and linens are extra (€10 per towel kit per person, €20 per sheet kit, 2 small beds, 1 large bed or those for the sofa bed, €5 per dish towel kit) Other things to note Additional services are offered within the chalet such as childcare, raclette/fondue equipment rental (price on request and subject to availability) 1 Dog accepted under conditions, mention its presence when booking, do not leave it alone in the apartment, supplement of €5/day per animal, to be mentioned when booking Please mention the total number of guests, especially if more than 2 people, a supplement from the 3rd guest is applied in the amount of €10/night/person In the case of a reservation for 2 people, the beds will be made according to your choice: - Either 1 queen size bed - Or 2 single beds if you want us to add the sofa bed to make a separate room, an extra €20 will be requested for the extra sheets. Visits by people outside the cottage are prohibited, or please let us know so that we are informed (no visitor parking, no parties, respect for other tenants and your reservation, especially on the number of guests because of the additional fee)
