Stay in the heart of the royal city of Eu, Normandy, at Maison Le 5. The 5 has been completely renovated in 2024 in a contemporary and elegant style. The house sleeps 6 and has an inner courtyard. Castle, collegiate church, chapel, food shops, everything is within a 5-minute walk. The beaches of Tréport and Mers-les-Bains are a 5-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the house. The house is 120 m2 and has 3 bedrooms: a master suite, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as 2 bathrooms and three toilets. It is ideal for a stay with family or friends to discover the heritage or for a seaside getaway! On the ground floor, it has a living room with a TV, a sofa and three armchairs. In the continuity you will find the dining room with the breakfast area (Nespresso, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave). The kitchen is right next door, it is fully equipped and contains an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Access to the courtyard is through the kitchen, where you will find a table with chairs to enjoy outdoor lunches on sunny days. On this floor, you will also find a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a toilet. On the 1st floor is the master suite with a large living room and 160 x 200 cm bed. The room is very bright thanks to the many windows and balcony. You will find wardrobes and hangers to store your belongings. The bedroom has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. Each bathroom has its own hot water tank. On the 2nd floor, you will find the bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 x 190 cm that can be pushed together.
