The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, espresso machine and fridge-freezer. The coffee machine is Senseo type (pods). The house is heated by a heated floor, equipped with a thermostat. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 × 200 cm 1 bedroom with 1 modular bed: 2 beds (160 cm), convertible into 1 bed (80 cm). The house is located on a quiet street, quite far from the axis that serves the port, while being close to amenities. The grounds are closed and therefore safe for young children. Duvets and pillows are provided, but not towels, sheets, covers and duvet covers. In case of forgetfulness or inability to bring linens (/transportation), an arrangement will be possible. The beds are 200cm long. The fitted sheet in bedroom 1 may be provided if you do not have one. Bedroom 2 fitted sheet will be provided The property has 4 beds (2 ×2). However, if you need an extra bed, an extra bed (air mattress + sleeping bag) can be installed in the living room. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is modular (1 place or 2 seats). If you want to sleep separately, one of the 2 mattresses can be placed on the floor. On the kitchen side, available: olive oil, fine salt, pepper, sugar pods, coffee filters and a few tea bags & coffee pods. On the maintenance side, available: cleaning products, pods for washing machine and dishwasher. We do not systematically charge a cleaning fee. The listing will need to be left in a suitable condition. Garbage cans will need to be emptied, as well as the dishwasher. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen will need to have been cleaned.
