This beautiful 1950s house was completely renovated in 2015. It was designed by Architect André Morisseau, assistant to Claude Ferret, chief town planner for the reconstruction of Royan after the Second World War. Its three optimized bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The 78m² house is located at the foot of the iconic Notre Dame de Royan church and is just a 4-minute walk from the central market. You'll also find this house among Royan's listed properties. The space Enter via Rue du Printemps, and the Japanese cobblestones will lead you right up to the front door. The house has two levels, ground floor and first floor. Ground floor (approx. 40m²): The living room comprises a dining area (tables and chairs) and a sitting area with smart TV, sofa and internet access. Board games available. The 8m² kitchen is surrounded by a glass partition, giving it a neo-modern feel. It is fully equipped and very functional (fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, hood, hob)... The 50m² terrace lets you enjoy the outdoors (table and chairs available) and the peace and quiet, despite the house's ideal position in the town center, close to shops, the Central Market, the Church... A separate toilet is located on the first floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, as follows: - A first bedroom of 11m² with a queen size bed - A second bedroom of the same size with a double bed. - A third and final bedroom with 3 single bunk beds (80cm each). Finally, the shower room is equipped with a single washbasin, heated towel rail and WC. The staircase has no barriers for children. Linen is not included in the price, but can be provided on request at extra charge, along with beds made-up on arrival. Duvets and pillows available. WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Any disturbance at night will be dealt with by the police. House rules require quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No disabled access.
