The newly renovated Villa in 2024 is a luxurious 5-star holiday villa in Doëlan with an indoor pool facing the sea. Exceptional sea view, an impressive feeling of being above the sea. The seaside holiday home for 7 people, with hotel services; indoor pool heated to 29° C, relaxation area with sauna, wood stove, TV on elevator for cozy evenings by the fire... Beaches 400m and 1km away, surf and sailing school 4km away. The space Villa Ponant has been renovated with a holiday home spirit by the water, it is facing the sea, full sea view at 180°. On the ground floor, all living rooms: living room, living room, lounge by the fireplace and the heated pool area. South side of the house, towards the sea, walkway and wooden dock provide access to the main terrace. You have a fire pit for excellent grills, a terrace table for 6/8 people, sheltered from the sun by its large Glatz umbrella; you are 30m from the sea. A north terrace and garden furniture allow you to admire the sunset and the activity of the charming harbor. Upstairs, 2 main rooms, the green and the blue, each with bathroom. A sauna relaxation area that can be transformed into a 3rd bedroom with its double bed. The 3rd bathroom is attached to the pool. The villa is ideal for a stay of up to 7 people including 1 child under 6 years old. You will find a parking space within the Villa grounds and a second along the low wall. Other things to note Villa Ponant is furnished and decorated with premium furniture. Out of respect for the following guests we are not able to accept pets. The Villa must be used as a "good father", parties are not allowed and even temporary occupancy of more than 7 people cannot be done without the permission of the owner.
