The apartment is located in the Amoureva Residence, in the immediate vicinity of Richelieu Beach in Cap d'Agde. View from the apartment is directly over the lagoon. The apartment is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, a loggia, a bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet. The residence has a swimming pool and direct beach access. Several shops including restaurants, bakery...etc are within a 5-minute walk. The space In July and August, stays are mandatory from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is ONLY suitable for families with children. Linens and towels are not provided. Cleaning is your responsibility. In the event of insufficient cleaning, an additional fee of at least €50 will be requested. Parties and evening gatherings are not allowed. The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant with care so as not to delay the arrival of the following tenants. Guest access The MAXIMUM number of occupants is 4 people.
