The space In the middle of its green garden, on the side of a hill, our family home of more than 160 m2, not overlooked, quiet, very bright, embellished with its large secure traditional swimming pool and relaxation areas (covered terrace, shaded terrace, petanque area, pool house...) is ideal for gathering with friends or family. The ground floor offers a majestic living/dining room of more than 50 m2 (3 sofas, poufs, TV, games, books... dining table) and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room (fridge, freezer, oven, small appliances, washing machine), and an additional dining area for 10 people, both of which overlook a large covered terrace on the north side, ideal during hot weather or storms, and on the south side, over the garden and a terrace shaded by its arbor. A double bedroom adjacent to a shower room/toilet, also opens directly onto the garden. It also has an office area and large storage. Upstairs, you will find a second bathroom with bathtub, a second toilet and 3 bedrooms: - The "kids" bedroom with its 4 beds (2 bunk beds) and huge dressing room. - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a desk area and a walk-in closet. - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a walk-in closet. Outside, dining tables, garden furniture, barbecue, relax... You will have all the necessary furniture to make the most of the large garden of more than 1000 m2. You can easily park 4 vehicles. You are a 15-minute walk (2-minute drive) from the village center where you will find shops, bar and restaurants. Ideally located in the center of Provence, you are on the border of 4 departments (Alpes de Haute Provence, Var, Bouches-du-Rhône and of course Vaucluse) and you can visit nearby, within a radius of 10 to 45 min by car, the castles and wine estates of Luberon, the beautiful villages of our region such as Grambois, Lourmarin, Ansouis, Reillane... and the cities of Manosque, Aix-en-Provence, Apt, Forcalquier... But also about 1 hour away, Gordes and its Bories, Rustrel and its ochres, Le Verdon and its lakes, Valensole and its Lavandes.
