A second living room is also available for those who wish to isolate themselves while remaining close to their family. The 1st bedroom, called "Terracota", is an en-suite and easily accessible from the heart of the house. It is fully equipped to ensure total independence, including a kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor access, which generally makes it the preferred choice of seniors. The 2nd bedroom on the ground floor offers a privileged view of the pool. The "fir green" hue harmonizes with the surrounding grass and olive tree. The almost private bathroom also enjoys this view of the pool. A staircase harmoniously combining wood and metal leads to the upper floor and mezzanine, which gives access to two other bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom, en suite, combines blue and copper, creating a continuity between the bedroom and the bathroom. The 4th bedroom, also en-suite, is the master bedroom. With its wooden, black and amber yellow elements, it is distinguished by a magnificent bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower and double sink in an elegant black. From the mezzanine, which includes a foosball corner and a reading area, you have access to a two-bedroom apartment that can be rented completely independently. This apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, terrace and a separate entrance from the parking lot. The 6th bedroom, in old pink hues, is the romantic bedroom par excellence. Its bathroom, with hexagonal green tiles, can be shared if the living room is converted into a 7th bedroom thanks to a very comfortable 160 cm queen size sofa bed. An extra bed can be offered for a fifteenth bed, preferably for a child, and two umbrella beds are also available. Our six bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm king size bed that can, for some rooms, be separated into 2 beds of 90 cm. As for the outside, on the east side, a closed parking lot can accommodate up to six cars. A play area is arranged under the pines, offering a pleasant view of the old village. On the west side, an intimate space allows everyone to find their happiness: heated swimming pool (depending on the season - see details), spa, sun loungers, outdoor lounge, dining table, outdoor kitchen and table for aperitifs. The spaces are perfect for groups of friends or family reunions, they are designed to offer everyone the opportunity to preserve their privacy while also allowing them to gather. However, the peaceful environment is not suitable for groups that are too noisy.
