The surrounding nature allows you to walk, cycle along coastal paths, in the marshes of Cotentin and Bessin as well as in the Bay of Veys. The space This cottage is pleasant to live in, bright. It occupies the bakery of the outbuildings of an old small farm manor that has kept all the authentic character of the Bessin. It includes on the ground floor: - a living space with a very well-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge area with a pellet stove installed in an old fireplace. - a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed adjoining a bathroom (shower + sink), - separate toilets and upstairs - a bedroom with 3 90 x200 beds, also adjoining a bathroom (shower + sink + WC). It has a terrace equipped with a garden table and 5 chairs, a parasol, deckchairs, a barbecue. This terrace overlooks a large garden. An independent parking lot allows you to park a maximum of two cars at the foot of the house. The cart shed adjoining the cottage can store 5 bicycles. Guest access Access to the cottage and its parking is via a private road independent of the owners' accommodation. The parking adjacent to the cottage is reserved for tenants and can accommodate a maximum of two cars. Other things to note The published price per night corresponds to a stay of at least 4 nights.
