Just 2 hours from Paris, this beautiful recently renovated country house offers you beautiful amenities, such as a terrace, a large garden and a large bright living room. It's the perfect place to enjoy a stay with family or friends, or even to telecommute in a peaceful setting. The space Cerza Zoo is only a 15-minute drive away, while the legendary beaches of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer are a 25-minute drive away. On the ground floor you will find an entrance with storage, a large living room with a fully furnished and equipped open kitchen, as well as a dining room and a large living room overlooking the terrace. A shower room, separate toilet, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as a TV lounge complete this floor. On the first floor, you will discover a double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, two toilets on the landing, a second double bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a third double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, and a shower room. You will also find a master bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a shower, and two single beds. Sliding doors separate these two spaces for privacy. On the top floor, a last bedroom with two single beds awaits you. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs for relaxing moments. Kids and adults can have fun with the swing and ping pong table. In addition, 4 bikes are available to explore the surrounding countryside (2 children's bikes, 1 adult mountain bike and 1 adult road bike). A communal tennis court is just a 2-minute drive away. This low-carbon footprint home is equipped with a heat pump-powered heating and hot water system, ensuring optimal comfort while respecting the environment.
