Welcome to our typical and charming Gironde stone house, close to Saint-Émilion and Libourne. Carefully renovated, it combines authenticity and modern comfort, in a cozy atmosphere ideal for a romantic getaway, a family stay or a discovery of Bordeaux vineyards. Its enclosed garden, kitchen with a view of the vineyards, and two beautiful bedrooms with new bedding make it the perfect place to enjoy the sweetness of life in Gironde. The space On the ground floor, enjoy a warm living space with sofa, connected TV, board games and tourist documentation. The open kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes and wine glasses) and offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the vineyards. A laundry room with washing machine and toilet completes this floor. Upstairs, two double bedrooms with new bedding (160x200 and 140x200), a modern bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and toilet. Bed and bath linen is provided. A folding bed is also available for families. Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden equipped with a practical shed to store bikes or equipment. High-speed Internet connection throughout the house. Guest access The whole house and garden is at your disposal. A sub-attic mezzanine is also accessible by a ladder, but it is not fitted out. Other things to note A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity, ideal for quickly reaching the city center and the SNCF train station in Libourne. In just 15 minutes on foot (1.2 km), you can access a self-service electric bike station (via mobile app).
