Stone house overlooking vineyards – St-Émilion

Welcome to our typical and charming Gironde stone house, a stone's throw from Saint-Émilion and Libourne. Carefully renovated, it combines authenticity and modern comfort, in a cozy atmosphere ideal for a romantic getaway, a family stay or a discovery of the Bordeaux vineyards. Its enclosed garden, kitchen overlooking the vineyards and two beautiful bedrooms with new bedding make it the perfect place to enjoy the sweetness of living in Gironde. The space On the ground floor, enjoy a warm living space with sofa, smart TV, board games and tourist documentation. The open kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, dishes and wine glasses) and offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the vineyards. A laundry room with washing machine and toilet completes this floor. Upstairs, two double bedrooms with new bedding (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and toilet. Bed and bath linens are provided. A travel cot is also available for families. Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden equipped with a convenient shed to store bicycles or equipment. High-speed Internet connection throughout the house. Guest access The whole of the house and garden is at your disposal. An attic mezzanine is also accessible by a ladder, but it is not furnished. Other things to note A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, ideal for quickly reaching the city center and the Libourne SNCF train station. In just a 15-minute walk (1.2 km), you can access a self-service e-bike station (via mobile app). A great way to discover Saint-Émilion and the surrounding vineyards in an eco-responsible way.
