Welcome to our charming duplex apartment in the heart of Schwenningen. In a quiet street in the city center, this stylish 3 room apartment (about 90m²) is located in the courtyard of a residential complex. The space The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 4 person in the apartment. Two cozy bedrooms, each with two single beds and a double bed, an open fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, as well as a bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, hair dryer and towels, offer everything you need for your stay. The living room can be reached by a narrow staircase and equipped with smart TV with Netflix and Waipu TV (Pay TV). The small covered balcony above the courtyard is perfect for getting some fresh air. High-speed WiFi throughout the apartment is very suitable for remote work. Guest access Private access to the apartment by a wide stairs. When checking in flexibly, you will receive the door code and can check in on your own. Other things to note Public parking is available along the street, play area in the garden may be used. For bookings longer than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning of 30€ per week is due to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment. There are many things to see and do nearby.
