Lake access @ center of HSB!

Your family will be in the middle of HSB resort, with lake access, day docks available, lake front pool and easy access to sand volleyball, food trucks and more! This full stocked condo has 3 bedrooms, and easily sleeps 8 in beds! Come play and enjoy some of the best parts of Texas! * While we are in HSB resort, the resort most amenities are limited to members and hotel guest. You will have access to: sand volleyball, food trucks, Waterfront restaurant. The space Welcome to Horseshoe Bay! Our property is single level, first floor unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary: king sized bed with an on suite. We try to keep this stock with extra essentials if you need them (toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant etc). Bathrooms will also have shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Guest room 1: queen bed and twin bunk bed with a large closet. This closet you will find sand toys and volleyball for the beach across the street and extra fishing gear if you want to try your luck off the docks. Our cove offers some great fishing! Also, some boardgames and pool floaties/toys. We also have pickleball paddles/balls if you would like to head over to the pickleball courts by BayView restaurant. Guest 2: this is a small bedroom with a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. No closet in this room. There is bathroom 2 by these bedrooms for them to share The kitchen is stocked and we have a keurig coffee maker. * while we stock pods for guest use, if you are a big coffee drinking crew, we recommend to bring some extra. * ice: while we try to keep ice stocked as well, we do recommend that you bring ice. There is a small gas station to purchase if you need just at the entrance of the resort to the east, about a 2 min drive. We offer pool towels as well and the pool is just toward the lake about 50 yard from our unit. There you will find lots of sitting and lounge chairs and our unit offers a lily pad for your use. There is a propane BBQ just outside of our unit to the left. We do provide propane for this unit. There is also another BBQ area closer to the pool if you prefer. * While we are in the middle of Horseshoe Bay resort, the main amenities are limited to hotel, guest and members only. We do hope you enjoy what our unit has to offer!!
