There is also a map in the explanatory photos, so please read it carefully before you come. Also, as you can see from the enlarged layout diagram, there are three buildings of the same shape on the site. This accommodation is in the middle "Building L8". Some people get lost on the site, so please check carefully to avoid mistakes. The other buildings are also listed separately, so please check them if you'd like. About ●Check-in and Check-out● This accommodation is basically a non-contact check-in and check-out. You will receive the key yourself from the key box hanging on the left hand side of the entrance. I will message you the number on the day of your check-in (we manage changes for each reservation). Please do not leave the lockbox with the dial set to prevent theft by a third party. Please be sure to let us know when you check in and check out. Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 10 am. Except for consecutive nights, the room is unavailable for cleaning outside of the above hours. Please note that we are unable to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs as we are cleaning from 10 am to 3 pm. Please note that if you do not leave the room after the check-out time, we may charge a special compensation fee because we may not be able to accommodate the next guest on time. How to use the● house● Please read the house rules book carefully, which is on the dining table in the room, for details on using the facilities, such as garbage separation. All rooms in the building are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes), so please smoke outside. We do not provide ashtrays, so please bring your own portable ashtray. Please do not use empty bottles or cans as ashtrays, and please take any trash you used with you. Smoking in the building will always leave an odor, even if there are no traces such as cigarette butts, which will affect the quality of service afterwards. If you violate this, we will charge a separate deodorizing cleaning fee without exception, so please absolutely refrain from doing so. Also, please do not cause any noise problems, especially at night, as the neighborhood is a residential area. Please go outside when smoking, especially at night. About ●consecutive nights● This accommodation is a self-style method without a host, with the concept of "staying as if you live there". Even for consecutive nights, the cleaning fee included in the reservation is only for one time after check-out. Basically, we don't clean, change sheets, or replenish consumables during your stay. Please do the housekeeping yourself. For long-term stays of● 4 nights or more● If you make a long-term reservation for 4 nights or more, we will provide you with one set of sheets and blankets for the number of guests booked, so please change and wash them yourself as needed. We will only refill the following liquid sanitary supplies, so if you need them, please put the bottles outside by 10 am and let us know that you need them refilled. We will refill them by 4 pm. Guest access The building is a private rental with one block per building, and it is an unattended, keyless entry system, so you can spend time without hesitation, but please be considerate of the neighbors as it is a residential area. There is also a small storage area outside, but it is a staff-only equipment storage area, so please do not use it. Other things to note For reservations made after● August 27, 2024, we will set the check-in time to start at 3:30 pm. (The system doesn't allow us to set it to 3:30 pm, so it's displayed as 4:00 pm.) We have received complaints from● neighbors. We prohibit any activities that may cause outdoor noise, such as unnecessary or emergency exits, outdoor conversations, and group smoking, after 10 pm. After 10 pm, it is bedtime for many neighbors. In the unlikely event that any violation is found, we will immediately notify customer support, the police, and the security company, without exception. ●The same applies to parties and other abnormal activities that are significantly out of line with social norms, and these will be reported. If you smoke● indoors, we will charge 100,000 yen (excluding tax) separately as a special cleaning fee for deodorization, without exception. If there is any burn on the floor, dirt on the wallpaper, or other physical damage, we will charge a repair fee separately from the above special cleaning fee. In addition to the● above, if we find that a guest has acted in a way that is significantly different from the norms of society as a user of the facility, we will determine that forced eviction is unavoidable, and we will visit you to ask you to leave even if it is late at night.
