On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a bright, open space with a living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room will be an ideal place to relax in the midday heat, while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen will be a real pleasure. There is nothing missing - oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, even a dishwasher. There is a guest toilet with a washing machine on the same floor. The space is air-conditioned, modernly furnished and extremely pleasant to stay in. Of the 3 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor, while the other 2 are on the 1st floor. The good news is that each room has its own bathroom and balcony, which means that each guest will have maximum privacy and comfort. 2 rooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 room has 2 single beds. The rooms on the 1st floor have access to balconies with a lounge area and a view of the countryside, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon with music or a favorite book. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and are equipped with towels, hairdryers and toiletries. If you were enchanted by the interior, be prepared to be amazed by the garden.
