The space Gnazzano Home 2 is an entire house on two levels of approximately 140 m2 with independent entrance capable of hosting up to a maximum of 6 people which dominates the characteristic "Borgo di Gnazzano" from which it takes its name. The house is on two levels with access to a pleasant outdoor paved patio, a barbecue area and a garden from which you can admire the surrounding panorama. On the ground floor we find a large living area with sofas, a dining area with a large table, a brick fireplace, a study area with a small desk, a large eat-in kitchen equipped with all appliances and the main bathroom with a large bathtub hydromassage and shower. On the first floor, which is accessed via a comfortable internal staircase, there are three bedrooms, two of which with a double bed and the third with bunk beds, and a second bathroom. The village of Gnazzano is located within the Via Mater Dei, a 157 km path that connects the most important sanctuaries of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. About 3.5 km from the village of Gnazzano you come across the municipality of Loiano to which it belongs, a historic municipality in the Apennines sung by Goethe in his Journey to Italy, where there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, an emergency room, a rotisserie, trattorias and pizzerias where you can taste delicious local specialties or spend a nice evening drinking a glass of wine in a tavern or taking part in the numerous socio-cultural initiatives of the area. Also a few kilometers away from the Borgo di Gnazzano is Palazzo Loup which provides all visitors with a SPA for a fee, two splendid panoramic swimming pools immersed in nature (one also with a pool dedicated to the little ones) and from which to enjoy a spectacular view breathtaking view of the surrounding Apennine valley. Also just a few minutes away by car you can reach a treeing course, a golf course, a riding stable and various MTB itineraries that are well organized and managed by a local association called "Bo.M.B.A" (Bologna Montana Bike Area). Cities of art such as Bologna, Florence, Prato, Ferrara and Ravenna are easily reachable. The city of Bologna can also be reached with a scheduled bus service from Loiano; Florence, Prato, Ferrara and Ravenna by train from the nearby Pianoro railway station. Crossing the Futa Pass you can discover Mugello where there is the renowned "Barberino Designer Outlet" and walk in very green woods, as well as dive into history along the Flaminia minor or the Gothic line. Guest access The entire house is at the exclusive disposal of guests. There is also a large parking area for several cars available to guests as well as a warehouse where they can store bicycles or other equipment that guests wish to bring from home. Other things to note The house, recently and completely renovated, is spread over two floors. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a hydromassage tub and shower, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. In the kitchen there are convenient appliances such as the oven, the microwave, the Nespresso coffee machine, the moka, the electric kettle, the toaster, the hob, the dishwasher and the washing machine. In the adjacent living room you can relax on comfortable sofas watching TV with satellite channels or enjoying the view from the outdoor patio. WiFi is included.
