Our house is in a quiet residential building with only four families in the whole building. Our house is on the second floor and is the top floor. Living room The living room is spacious and bright with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed at any time. There is a smart flat screen TV on the decorative wall, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Bedroom The homestay offers 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, high quality Cosmo Memory mattress and soft sheets for a comfortable night's sleep. Kitchen The kitchen is spacious and bright with a dining table for 6 people that can be flexibly extended to accommodate more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster to meet your cooking needs. Bathroom Modern bathroom with amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and iron, so you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of home even when traveling. Facilities • Each room, living room and kitchen is equipped with its own air conditioner, screen windows, soundproof windows and blackout curtains to ensure comfort and privacy. • High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. • There are two balconies outside the kitchen and living room, equipped with small tables and chairs, a perfect place for you to enjoy coffee or the outdoors. Additional services One of the balconies has a separate laundry area with a washing machine and drying rack to make your trip more convenient. At T&F HOUSE, you can enjoy not only the comforts of home, but also the warmth of home. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access I usually host you in person for check-in. However, in special circumstances, or if you are unable to check in by 8pm, I will provide you with a detailed self-check-in guide the day before to ensure you can check in smoothly. There is a private parking space in the backyard of our house, which can be accessed through a large automatic iron gate. Free parking is also available on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Please remember to leave the house key inside the house when you check out. If you checked in by yourself, please send us the IDs of all guests as soon as possible after check-in so that we can complete the accommodation registration in accordance with current regulations.
