The maximum number of guests is 15 including adults and children; minors under 18 years old are not allowed to stay alone. No cleaning service is provided during consecutive nights. As such, insects (mosquitoes, flies, ants, spiders, etc.) may appear both indoors and outdoors. We take measures such as placing insect repellents and cleaning regularly; however, due to the natural environment, complete prevention is not possible. Please note that we do not accept complaints or refund requests related to insects. Thank you for your understanding. 🛁 Towels ✔ Towels for one night are provided per guest. ✔ A washing machine is available for free use. 🚭 Smoking Policy (Strictly Enforced) ✔ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and on the premises. ✔ A fine of ¥50,000 will be charged if smoking is detected. ✔ Cigarette butts and bringing smoking materials are also prohibited. 🚨 Other Rules Violations of the following may result in additional charges or fines: ✔ Excessive dirt or improper use may result in a cleaning fee. ✔ Loss or damage to property will result in compensation. ✔ If more guests stay than the number on the reservation, an additional ¥10,000 will be charged per person. ✔ Garbage must be sorted and disposed of in the designated bins. ✔ Pets are not allowed. (Guide dogs are permitted with prior notice.) ✔ Forgotten items will only be shipped cash-on-delivery. A handling fee of ¥2,500 will be charged. ✔ Large items such as suitcases cannot be disposed of. A disposal fee of ¥10,000 will be charged if left behind. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out are not available. ✔ Forgotten items will be stored for up to one week.
