The space Apartamento Cabrera is a warm, family-friendly home. Designed for families or couples who wish to stay occasionally in our beautiful and unique town of Santa Coloma de Queralt. It has a single bedroom with two twin beds, which can easily be joined together for couples. Additionally, the living room serves as an annex bedroom and includes a sofa bed. It features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a bidet. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The apartment also includes two private parking spaces, available for use throughout your stay, already included in the rate. Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Other things to note ADDITIONAL RULES Regular check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., a late check-in fee of €30 applies, and after midnight the fee is €50. Check-ins on Sundays and public holidays have an additional cost of €30. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on the situation. For this reason, completing the online guest registration through the link provided after booking confirmation is mandatory. Upon arrival, the tourist tax must be paid: €1 per person per night, for the first 7 nights only (Barcelona rate). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and carries a fine from €50 to €250. Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon request, with an additional fee of €30 per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 pets. GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD MUST PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF €300 AT CHECK-IN. We provide bath towels only. These towels must not be taken to the beach, as sunlight may cause discoloration and they are not intended for that use. Otherwise, a fee of €12 per towel will be charged.
