OUTDOOR AREAS: The dream house for a summer outdoors! We have an outdoor sofa set for 4, a sofa swing, sun loungers and a bench for meals outdoors. There is a hot tub, a fire pit and a gas BBQ for your use. DINING AREAS: The dining room inside the house seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook your favourite meals whilst in Canterbury. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: We have a brand-new washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is 1 bathroom at the property with a toilet, sink and shower. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. From the comfortable bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, and relaxing lounge - it's all yours to enjoy. Other things to note RULES: *This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm, the quiet times are to be respected. *We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £500 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property. *Please enjoy your stay and make use of the hot tub and the BBQ. We just ask that you please cover these to protect them when not in use. PARKING: We offer free private parking for the duration of your stay from check-in until check-out. This parking is located to the rear of the property and we will send details of how to access this the day before your arrival. 🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy: For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked and every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays. 👶 Travel Cot: The Travel Cot does not come with Linen 🧶 LINEN & TOWEL CARE Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests. We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible. Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help. HOT TUB 🔥 If you’d like us to turn the hot tub on before your arrival, please let us know by 5pm the day before you arrive. ❄️ Please note that in winter the hot tub can take 8 hours to heat up and doesn’t function below freezing as the pipes inside can freeze.
