Welcome to our charming apartment just a short walk from the Colosseum, in the beating heart of Rome! The house, located in an elegant historic building without an elevator, is finely furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The apartment boasts an unparalleled location: a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum, you can immerse yourself in the ancient history of Rome every day. Nearby you will find numerous typical restaurants, cafes and public transport. The space Lu's house is a cozy apartment, located on the second floor of a historic building, built in 1925, without an elevator as it is preserved in the original form of the time, fully furnished and renovated to offer our guests maximum comfort during their stay. The entire apartment is available for guests and consists of three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The two bathrooms are complete with shower, equipped with hairdryer and courtesy kit for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with utensils and appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and dishwasher) and will allow you to prepare your favorite meals. The beautiful living room with a classic imprint, bright and welcoming, will allow you to enjoy your moments of relaxation and the wonderful view of the Domus Aurea and the Colosseum. In each room you will find double beds, one of which is French, a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps and some books that I hope you will have the pleasure of browsing. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Extra blankets and pillows and additional bed linens and towels are also provided and included in the price for stays longer than three days. Cleaning during your stay is on request and for a fee. The fee is €40. The central location of Casa di Lu allows you to have many tourist and non-tourist services available. In fact, behind the building and on the same block there is a well-stocked supermarket open 24/7. A pharmacy, paid secure parking and various retail stores can also be found nearby. Of course you will find cafes and restaurants where you can taste the many typical gastronomic specialties of Italy and Rome. The apartment, due to its central location, also enjoys the proximity of many places of interest. First of all the Colosseum, a few steps from the house, the Domus Aurea and, moving away from here, the Roman Forum, the Forum of Augustus, the Forum of Trajan and continuing along Via dei Fori Imperiali, the Trajan markets, Piazza Venezia and from here continue to the most famous tourist and historical destinations in Rome and famous all over the world, such as, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon.
