We are particular about cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. -This spacious home has 2 HUGE owners suite with attached private ensuites with King Beds. -Our house features 3 full washrooms and a half bathroom on the main floor. -We have a central AC that would keep you cool in the summer months -Only few minutes away from various amenities, schools, shopping Malls! -Beautifully decorated space with modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance. -Easy self-check-in via secure door keypad. -Secure attached double garage available for use! -Our house features One Living Room which has lightening fast WiFi on our large SMART TVs which features complimentary Netflix. -Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 2 king beds in 2 master bedrooms, third bedroom with 1 King size bed and the fourth bedroom with 1 queen bed, all located upstairs. We also have a sofa bed on the main floor. (We are unable to accommodate more than 10 guests for this property) -All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. -Our cooker is sleek flat glass surface. Ensure pots are removed from the surface and placed on the pot mats after cooking. Please do not drag pots on the stove. It causes scratches and damage. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: -Our home is quite NEW construction which is amazing with all beautiful finishes and furniture. However, because it is a new neighborhood as well, there is a bit of construction still ongoing around the neighborhood. There could potentially be some construction noise. -Guest do not have access to our separate basement suite. Guest access You can access the house through the front door (Code will be provided) during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen. As a guest of our Airbnb, you will have exclusive access to the main floor of the house, which includes four bedrooms, one living room, a full kitchen, and three full bathrooms, as well as a half bathroom on the main floor. Please note that the basement suite is a separate unit and is not accessible to our guests. Our backyard is not currently completed and it has no deck. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. However, you will have access to the attached two-car garage, which provides secure and convenient parking for your vehicles. The garage also includes some storage space for your use during your stay. There is complimentary snow parking during the snow season, however guests are responsible to apply salt when required. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please never use the self clean option on our microwave & oven combination. This is know to damage ovens including the microwave. During the snow season, while the snow company takes care of the driveway, guests are responsible for applying salt to icy conditions of the entrance door or walkway.
