The space The apartment of approximately 60 sqm is located on the ground floor of a building in the "Portisco Bouganville" residence with an independent entrance and no lift (it is necessary to walk along a path and steps to access it). The internal space is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, 32" TV, split A/C and access to the veranda; - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the veranda; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to a small veranda; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine; - VERANDA with sofa, armchairs, sun loungers, table with chairs and solar awning; - GARDENS, PLAYGROUND and BASKETBALL COURT in the condominium. Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule. In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house. Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest. Guest access The apartment is at the exclusive guests' disposal for their entire stay!
