The apartment has 9 windows, offering plenty of natural light and stunning views of the park and mountains. Important notes: The sofa bed is set up by default for stays with at least 5 guests. For up to 4 guests, it can be prepared upon request for an additional fee. Guest access To access our apartment, there’s no need to meet anyone – you can do a quick and secure self check-in. We will provide you with a code to unlock the apartment door, so you won’t need to worry about carrying keys with you. Entry through the condominium gate and building door is also automated with a code that will be sent to you before your arrival. This way, you can come and go from the apartment whenever you like, with maximum convenience and privacy. Other things to note According to Italian legal requirements, all guests will be asked to show valid identification, and the booking holder will be required to sign a short-term rental contract. The apartment is located in a rapidly growing, vibrant residential area.
