On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a capacious, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a billiards table and a game console for those fun moments with your friends and family. The openness towards the beautifull swimming pool area will make you feel like you are both indoors and outdoors. On the first floor you will find four comfortable bedrooms, three of which have king sized beds and one has two single beds that can be joined together. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and an individually controled A/c, providing the opportunity for personalization of your space. You can also find your way to an amazing balcony with sea view and outdoor furniture, which you can enjoy from your bedroom, also. The exterior of the Villa offers a 34 m2 heated swimming pool with sunloungers and sun umbrellas, as well as outdoor furniture to sit and relax while sipping on a glass of a cool beverage and soaking up the sun.
