The space "The Sand Villas" consists of 2 villas one on top of each other, “White Sand” and “Rock Sand”. The Rock Sand Villa embodies a bohemian and tranquil aesthetic, exuding beauty in every corner. If you seek relaxation, ample lounge areas await – whether you prefer reclining on a sun lounger by the pool, indulging in the steam bath, savoring an outdoor barbecue, or unwinding beneath the shade of a magnificent tree. The 120 sq. m villa can accommodate up to 4 people in its spacious 2 bedrooms. As part of our exclusive villa collection, this villa offers premium services like daily housekeeping and a dedicated personal concierge for a seamless, effortless holiday. Layout Indoors Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, Rock Sand Villa welcomes you with an open-plan living room adorned with a cozy sofa, a 49” Smart TV, and a MARSHALL Bluetooth speaker, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the living room area there is an indoor dining area with a spacious corner sofa and chairs for 8 people. Two bedrooms await in the villa, including: - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a king size bed with a mattress topper, 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area - Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area Lastly, you will find an independent bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a convenient laundry room. Outdoor area The outdoor area of Rock Sand Villa can be reached directly from the living room area and offers a variety of facilities including: - A private, 60 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep.
