The large living room has glass sliding doors leading to a large terrace with lounge furniture and a barbecue. The house is not suitable for small children, as the terrace is high up and has a railing but not around the entire perimeter. The house has three bedrooms, which have no doors but curtains that can be drawn. There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, and good work surfaces. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet in the hall. The house's patio wraps around the entire house, so you can follow the sun or shade, whichever you prefer. The property is a forest plot located high up with a view of a bird lake, where a pair of swans have lived for several years. Other bird species and wild animals can also be seen in the meadow. The house is located between Järna and Nykvarn in beautiful Sörmland. The house is secluded and quiet, offering a peaceful vacation in the countryside. If you want to experience more, there is plenty to do; the Sörmlandsleden trail is nearby if you like hiking, and Lake Yngeln is 5 km from the house, where there is both nudist and regular swimming. The beach is wonderful and shallow, with swings for the children. If you want to go to Stockholm, the easiest way is to park your car at Järna in the long-term parking lot and take the commuter train to the big city.
