The apartment is located in a quiet, traffic-free street, just a 7-minute walk from Piazza dei Signori and Padua Cathedral. The area is well served by bars, pastry shops, wine shops, restaurants and car parks. The accommodation consists of a living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed and a blind bathroom. The space The 17 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (one step to access it). The space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, wardrobe, extendable dining table with chairs, 32-inch smart TV " and split A/C; - BLIND BATHROOM (with extractor) with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, split air conditioning, mosquito nets, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
