The outdoor space spreads over an area of 10,000 sq. mt of lawn garden, completely fenced with natural hedges and wire mesh, enriched by plants, flowers, bushes and trees. In the garden, just below the house, is located the bean-shaped swimming pool measuring 10x4 and with a depth of 1. 20 to 2. 20 metres, externally paved and surrounded by a solarium area equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower with hot water and umbrellas. On a side of the house, guests can take advantage of a wooden gazebo equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a portable barbecue, while on the other side there is a wood-burning oven. Nearby, the garden is enriched by a panoramic stone terrace with a large wrought iron and stone table, from where you can admire the view of the surrounding countryside. All around the house, within the 2 hectares of the property's land, it is possible to take beautiful strolls among the olive trees and even reach a lovely lake (4,000 sq. mt. of surface), rich in fish. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Through a gate with manual opening you enter the property where the parking is located. Interior The villa, built in the 17th century to serve as a "furnace village" used for the construction of bricks, has been restored and transformed into a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse entirely made of stone. The result is a perfect balance between comfort and the ancient Tuscan farmhouses charm that made the region famous. The property is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, well-finished down to the smallest detail to offer guests every comfort. All electrical and water systems were installed recently. The villa of approximately 300 sq. mt. is composed on the ground floor of a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with wooden table and direct outdoor access which is connected, through a wide stone and brick arch, to a lounge room with sofas, satellite TV and a working fireplace. Adjacent to this lounge, in the passage area, we find a service bathroom (toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer) and two comfortable sofas overlooking a billiard room with direct outdoor access; from here, through a blackout curtain, you enter a double room that once used to host the old furnace's oven, entirely built in stone and bricks with a suggestive skylight on the ceiling.
