You will feel at home! • Space for 6 people: Duplex ideal for families, it has 3 comfortable bedrooms. A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the balcony, ideal for enjoying the views. In addition, two bedrooms with two single beds each, perfect for children or family. • 2 bathrooms: For your convenience, there is a bathroom on the ground floor, right next to the master bedroom, and another on the upper floor, between the bedrooms. • Balcony with panoramic views: Enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of La Cerdanya from the balcony, the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. • Community pool and paddle tennis court: The community has a refreshing pool for hot summer days, as well as a paddle tennis court for sports lovers. • Private outdoor parking space: Don't worry about parking; we have a private outdoor parking space reserved for your car.
