Hidden in the suburbs and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city lies Catton Old Hall, a quirky Grade II listed home dating from 1632 full creaky charm. There is on-site parking for 10 cars with regular city bus route nearby. Perfect for family trips, friend getaways, shopping trips, city breaks or as a base for exploring the Norfolk Broads & coast. Main house You are greeted by the old wooden stair case and huge hall way. The sitting room , to the left of the front door with a huge log burner , large tv on the wall and 3 large sofas easily seating 10 people. Our second sitting room is situated to the right of the front door with 3 sofas, huge fire place & log burner. All woodburners can be used It contains a 3 in 1 pool, air hocky and ping pong table. You will be impressed by the snug / games area connected to the kitchen also containing a log burner We offer a great size kitchen, with a rangemaster electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine , fridge freezer & an Island that seats 8 Dining room/ Garden room - dining tables seat 20 with 180 views of the garden area. We can not change bed configurations Bed 1 - Master bedroom, 1st floor, huge super king bedroom, 40 year old beams with views over the garden, 65 inch tv, ensuite, free standing bath, shower, toilet, sink Bed 2 - First floor, super king bedroom, 400 year old beams on the ceiling, tv, wooden hand carved fire place, built in wardrobes, with ensuite Bed 3 - First floor, super king bedroom, high ceilings, old arga fire place, tv, bathroom, ensuite with hot tub bath Bed 4 - Second floor- Super king bedroom with high ceilings, beams & ensuite with bath/shower Bed 5 - Second floor - Super king bedroom high ceilings, beams, ensuite by shower, toilet, basin . Annex. You will find a self contained annex interjoined to the main house, offering you a unique space, with its own courtyard, entrance to back garden and kitchen. Ground floor annex . Bed 6 – King size bed, with table, chairs, tv & sofa – private exit to the courtyard which has a well and seating.
