To make your stay even more comfortable, we inform you that a Concierge service is active in all our apartments. With the aim of guaranteeing you a stress-free experience, we offer a personalised welcome service, without using boxes with codes and without forcing you to travel kilometres to collect keys. Starting from a week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese), ready to answer any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon arrival, guide you to the apartment, and will be available throughout your stay to assist you in any of your needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and ensure that your experience has been perfect. This service is available via direct chat, for quick and personalised assistance. In case of payment by card, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damage.
