Located in a lush environment, the house offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation and you can also reserve a tasting of our wines in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. It's a must-see experience for lovers of good wine, a time to share with friends and family to create lasting memories of this extraordinary vacation. The space This beautiful house, divided into three apartments to ensure all guests the right privacy, welcomes you with its atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the surrounding vineyards. My property has been renovated very recently and has a high regard for sustainability. From the end of April 2024 you can enjoy the surrounding landscape immersed in the new HOT TUB located in the outdoor courtyard shared with the other two apartments. The house is on two levels, without an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people and has: - 3 kitchens: with an induction hob they are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including dishes, toaster and coffee makers to start the day in the best way. It is the ideal place to relax, they are all equipped with a comfortable French sofa bed and the measurements are: -2 beds of 138 cm * 185 cm for two people; -1 bed of 109cm * 190cm for one person; and a TV to enjoy your moments of relaxation. The panoramic window in one of the three apartments offers spectacular views of the lush surrounding countryside, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. - 4 bedrooms: all have a very comfortable queen size bed (160cm * 190cm), a closet where you can store all your clothes and personal items, and a Smart TV. - 4 bathrooms: they are all equipped with every comfort, including a spacious shower to regenerate after a day spent outdoors. Complimentary for you the practical Welcome Kits containing shampoo, foam bath and soap. Each guest will have at their disposal three towels of different sizes (large, medium and small). A bathroom is also a true relaxing oasis with a fabulous sauna that awaits you to pamper you and make you forget about daily stress. For true wine lovers, we offer the opportunity to book a tasting of our renowned wines. You can taste the unique flavors of our production while immersing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature. For those traveling with electric cars, there is the convenience of a charging station, making your stay even more environmentally friendly and affordable. To enjoy the ideal climate throughout the year, the house is equipped with air conditioners, one in every room. This ensures a cool environment during the summer and a comfortable temperature during the winter. Outside, you will find a dedicated space where you can relax and enjoy the fresh and clean air of the countryside equipped with fire pit and 2 barbecue. You will also have the opportunity to rent bicycles on site with assisted cycling, with or without a guide. Whether it's a breakfast in the sun or an evening under the stars, this corner of paradise will allow you to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself completely in the beauty of nature.
