Welcome to "The Garden," a large and modern characteristic apartment in the Historic Center right in front of Parco del Popolo and the Romolo Valli Municipal Theater. From here you can easily reach all the main squares and attractions of the Historic Center of Reggio Emilia, such as the Duomo, the Basilica, the Cloisters of St. Peter and the most famous shops and restaurants of the Reggio Emilia tradition. Despite being in the Historic Center, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (restricted traffic area) and with free parking. The space "The Garden" is on one level and is composed as follows: • 1 full kitchen • 1 living room • 3 double bedrooms • 1 full bathroom • 1 balcony - Upon entering the house, you are immediately overwhelmed by a large entrance hall surrounded by greenery that divides the kitchen from the living room. - Large kitchen with table that can comfortably accommodate 6/8 people, equipped with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. You will also find an espresso machine with capsules provided. - The living room is specially designed, thanks to a large and characteristic partition, to bring all guests together in moments of relaxation while maintaining all the comforts of a double bedroom with its own wardrobe.
