Nearby the towns of Limoges and La Souterraine, along with the city of Châteauroux, accessible via a picturesque route winding through the villages of Celon and Saint-Marcel. It's a 159-square-foot tiny home surrounded by trees, with easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). Other things to note - Pets are allowed with prior notice. - Breakfast is available at an additional cost. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. - No smoking inside the tiny house, designated smoking area is available. - Charcoal and Gas BBQ available with prior notice. - There are two tiny houses on the property - Vodafone and Orange S.A. have good signals, while the rest are weak. - Check-in is from 4 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on availability. Please contact the host in advance to inquire. - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings. - Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests. - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Important note: - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly - Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
