The ground floor boasts an open-plan living room and kitchen, with its high beamed ceiling and cream-coloured walls. Patio doors fill this room with natural sunlight, creating a bright and airy space for dining and entertaining indoors should you wish. You'll find an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, and a master ensuite bedroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has its own balcony terrace with a shaded veranda and bistro set for your morning coffee. Accessibility - This resort is very mountainous and there are many steep hills. To access the villa the path is 170cm wide with 15 steps up to the villa. The front door has a width of 82cm, other access doors are 90cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 145cm wide and there are no steps but a slight ramp to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has steps access. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground floor, it is classed as the ground floor but there are 3 steps up to the door and this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The open-plan living and dining space is accessed directly from the front door. To reach the first floor there are 18 steps which have a corner.
