The rural house was built in the 80s, distributed over four floors to be able to offer the necessary comfort so that 9 people + drinks + pets, enjoy it in any of the four seasons of the year. The space The main floor is completely open-plan where you can share life in a single space, with an office kitchen attached to the dining room and the living room with fireplace, complementing the floor with a 70 m2 terrace where you can enjoy outdoor stays. The first floor offers three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet. On the upper floor attic, there is the master suite with a multipurpose space, where a double room, a full bathroom with jacuzzi, a living room and a solarium with beautiful views are combined. It also has the basement, where you can park up to 2 cars. Other things to note The town of Capafonts has a beautiful public swimming pool, which is open to all audiences, from June 24 to September 13. Also if you want an unforgettable bath for life, you must go for a swim in the natural pools that are created in the mountains after the birth of the "source of the Otter".
