6 person holiday home in MELLBYSTRAND-By Traum The space A pleasant holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is spacious and there are several play equipment for the children. A perfect choice for families with children. In the slightly older main cabin, there is a living room with comfortable furniture, dining table, Apple TV and a warming wood stove. The small kitchen has all equipment and also a dishwasher. The bedroom is small and divided into two sections. One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and at the back there is also a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The guest house is newly built and bright and fresh. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There are several alternative beds in the room. A bunk bed with 140 cm + 90 cm beds. The sofa bed is for two people. In the annex there is also an Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in both buildings. In the storage building next door, there is an extra toilet and also a simple outdoor shower. There are soccer goals and a trampoline on the grounds. There are also outdoor games and games for rainy days. The owner also lets you borrow a variety of older bikes free of charge. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required).
