The space We have furnished La CasEtta with passion and love as if we were to live there ourselves to give you all the comforts possible. It has been equipped in such a way that you can stay there even for long periods without any problems. Upon request, we can provide a standard-sized crib, included in the price. ■ Bedroom It has a double bed with 2 squares of 160x190 cm with a backrest, a hypoallergenic anti-mite mattress 20 cm high and a 7 cm topper, you will also find 2 pillows per person of different softness for your maximum comfort. In the room you will also find an LG 28" SMART TV with Netflix, 2 bedside tables, a large 6-door wardrobe and a makeup table with a foldable mirror that can also be used as a small desk if necessary. The double-glazed window is also equipped with blackout curtains to facilitate a good rest even during daylight hours. ■ Living room/Sitting room It has a sofa bed with a 140x180 cm mattress, 10 cm high, hypoallergenic and anti-mite. You can relax with the LG 4K UHD 43" SMART TV with Netflix, to which a mini PC with Windows 10 Pro is connected, which you can use throughout your stay. The 43" TV is also connected to a SONY PS4 PRO with 4 controllers, and you can have fun alone or with your travel companions. ■ Kitchen It has a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave with grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso espresso machine, Moka, Cappuccinatore, set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery and all the useful tools for cooking. ■ Bathroom It has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. We provide you with liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer and a set of 4 quality towels per person of these sizes: - 30×30 cm washcloths - 40×60 cm bidet towel - Hand towel 60×100 cm - 100×150 cm body towel ■ Laundry It has a recently purchased washing machine and dryer, a drying rack, an ironing board, a sink with cleaning products underneath and a mirror with a first aid kit and an iron inside. ■ Terrace It has 2 armchairs and an outdoor table where you can relax whenever you want, you will also find a barbecue. It is also the only space in the apartment where smoking is allowed. Guest access Every area of the apartment is for your exclusive use. ■ Three days before your stay, you'll receive a message to check in online, just complete it before your arrival. ■ Self-check-in will allow you to arrive anytime after 2:00 p.m. in total autonomy. ■ If you need to check in early or check out late, please send a message well in advance, and we will accommodate you if possible. Thank you for your valuable cooperation. Other things to note We ■ remind you that smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment, smoke detectors are active, with an alarm. The only space where you can smoke is outdoors on the terrace where we provide you with an ashtray. ■ In the city of Jesi, separate waste collection is active.
