The space Casa Rita is an exclusive and elegant late 18th century country house located in the municipality of Asti, capital of Monferrato on the very first hill and just a 5-minute walk from all services. The house is named after Rita Levi Montalcini, who lived here during her stay in Asti, when she began the research that led her to the Nobel Prize in 1986. The property has been completely renovated with the highest quality finishes, in full respect of tradition but with all the comforts that a modern home requires (air conditioning, underfloor heating, mosquito nets on all windows). A real gem! Internally and externally our guests will have a one-of-a-kind experience: surrounded by the beautiful park with centuries-old plants with a magnificent view of the hills, in the name of maximum relaxation and the "Dolce Vita"! The house is on 3 levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor) with independent access from the beautiful bow window. It has been structured to comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests and each room has been designed for maximum independence and privacy. Internally, our guests will have at their disposal: ON THE GROUND FLOOR LIVING AREA: - a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your dinners and lunches - a large dining room with table for 10 guests - an elegant living room with comfortable sofas, relaxation area with stereo system, smart TV, library and reading room - The living area has a half bathroom with toilet and bidet (no shower) - BEDROOM 1: bedroom with French bed (140x190), full ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and bidet); the room has direct access to the garden (max occupancy 1 guest) The living room and kitchen have direct access to the courtyard and garden. SLEEPING AREA: (via internal stairs) SECOND FLOOR: -BEDROOM 2: large bedroom with double bed (160x200), balcony with garden view and access to walk-in closet/study corner with desk and an ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet. - BEDROOM 3: elegant room with double bed (160x200), access to Yoga/meditation room (mats and mats available to guests), ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and bidet. THIRD FLOOR - BEDROOM 4: entrance to an elegant sitting area with sofa/relaxation area and smart TV, leading to a magnificent bedroom with double bed (160x190), ensuite bathroom with maxi shower, toilet and bidet and walk-in closet; - BEDROOM 5: Bedroom with double bed (160x190), wardrobe. - BEDROOM 6: Bedroom with single bed (90X200). BEDROOMS 5 and 6 share: a large playroom perfect for the entertainment of our little guests, with books, board games, table soccer, and a full bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet serving the 2 rooms. Outside, our guests can enjoy the magnificent and exclusive one-hectare park with an Italian garden, the romantic rose tunnel and the imposing centuries-old trees, sipping wine in the courtyard equipped with sofas, or simply relaxing by the magnificent 10-meter X 4-meter swimming pool for exclusive use (available: deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrella and patio with fridge) (swimming pool closed from November 1st to April 1st) There is also a wood-burning barbecue in the garden. On the ground floor, the house has a convenient laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Guest access All spaces will be private and accessible only to guests, NOTHING WILL BE SHARED. The swimming pool is for exclusive use.
