The upper floor is made of an old gym floor from Middelburg. - The house is almost energy neutral! Sustainability was at the heart of the construction and design. - There is a bedroom on the ground floor and the first floor. - On the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. - There is enough living space for four people. The spacious living room is a lovely place to sit as is the relaxing area on the loft. - The wide view gives you a feeling of freedom. The spacious enclosed terrace offers a lovely place to sit outside in the summer. - Children are very welcome: upstairs children can play on the small loft area, a baby chair- and bed are permanently accessible. - Pets are allowed :) Other things to note The owners are working on the property for a longer period of time. You might notice some minor consequences of this. We however do not believe this will have a negative impact on your stay. The cost for a pet is 7.50 per night. Therefore, when you indicate that you are traveling with a pet, the cost will be added to your reservation later.
