Casa Cohiba features a Queen Bedroom, Twin Trundle Bedroom and Full Bathroom with a Bathtub on the first level. Casa Monte Cristo features two Queen Bedrooms and a Full Bathroom with a Bathtub on the first level. Both homes have a second floor lavish Master Bedroom with a plush King bed, expansive closet space, and an En-Suite bathroom. On the top floor of each home, you’ll find a stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, wet bar, and mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R. Just off the 3rd-floor lounges are your own private sundecks, where you can take in amazing views of the downtown Tampa skyline and the surrounding neighborhood.T Guest access Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the rear entrance to both homes. Other things to note - Door Locks: In each home, the front door facing E. 4th Avenue is locked and unlocked by lifting the handle UP and turning the lock simultaneously. - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine. - Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home. - Pets: Pets are allowed, 50 lb maximum. $15 per day per pet - 2 pets maximum. - Parking: This unit offers 2 private off-street parking spots in the rear of the home. - Private washer/dryer in each home - We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
