Welcome to our newly refurbished and modern 4-bedroom house, offering a comfortable and convenient stay for professionals, families, and friends alike. Our space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access, 4 deluxe beds, and 2-bathroom suites spread across 3 floors. The space Our rooms are modern and spacious, perfect for accommodating groups of various sizes. With 3 double beds, 1 single bed, and a corner sofa that can double as a sleeping space, everyone will find their comfort here. Additionally, the property features 2 shower suites and a wide-screen smart TV with Netflix for entertainment. Ground Floor The ground floor consists of a sitting room with a corner sofa, a smart TV with Netflix. The High-speed Wi-Fi router is located in the sitting room. A newly built modern bathroom, and a medium sized bedroom is also on this floor. Basement Floor Below the ground floor lies a newly fitted kitchen equipped with modern amenities like a Fridge-Freezer and Microwave, and utensils. A breakfast bar and utility area with a washer-dryer add convenience, while a newly fitted bathroom completes this floor. Access to the rear garden is available from the basement kitchen. First Floor A staircase from the ground floor hall leads upstairs to the first floor, where two large, spacious bedrooms await – one King size and one double. Designed for relaxation and comfort, these bedrooms offer a true home-away-from-home experience. Outside Conveniently located in the heart of Gillingham Town Centre, our property is near various attractions including Medway Park, Gillingham train station (0.5 miles from Gillingham train station, under one hour into London by train), Medway Hospital, and the University of Kent. Explore the town's rich maritime and military history with nearby attractions like the Historic Dockyard and the Royal Engineers Museum. There are also beaches within close proximity. Guest access We want you to feel at home during your stay, so guests will have access to the entire house. Rest assured, your privacy will be respected unless you require additional cleaning services. Other things to note Parking The property has no dedicated free car parking space. There is paid parking outside the property (parking permits). Please contact me if you would like me to arrange some permits for you. Check-In / Check Out Parking: While the property does not have dedicated free parking, paid parking (with permits) is available nearby. Contact us for permit arrangements. Check-In / Check Out: Please adhere to our check-in and check-out times to avoid disruption. Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur a £30 charge.
