Welcome! Our cozy, spacious Northwoods lake home is the perfect retreat for fall & winter snowmobiling. Overlooking Little Muskie Lake, this large 4BR/2BA two-story sleeps 8–10 comfortably. Enjoy 2 fireplaces, smart TVs, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Surrounded by woods, but close to the city, wildlife and deer roam freely through the backyard daily, making this the ultimate getaway. Towels and linens included—100% smoke-free property to ensure a clean and fresh retreat for every guest. The space Our two-story lake home is perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating two families while still offering privacy when needed. Just 5 minutes from the bustle of downtown Minocqua, you’ll enjoy both convenience and the peace of the Northwoods. Friendly deer and other wildlife wander through the yard daily, making it a beautiful place for a summer vacation or cozy winter escape. House Rules This is a 100% smoke-free property—no exceptions. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. If we find evidence (smell or physical), a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. We ask that guests treat our home with care. Our longtime cleaning crew checks the home after each stay and reports any damage. If something breaks or spills, please let us know right away. Accidents happen—we just need to be aware so we can keep the home in great shape for everyone. Significant damage requiring professional repair may result in a fee. General Information: One deck with table/chairs, one lower patio with table/chairs, Cable TV (basic), Wi Fi, fire pit, BBQ/charcoal grill, pier, lower level walkout, private boat docking, private boat launch (boat launch must be requested before arrival) Extras: Kayak and Paddleboards available to rent for the week, on-site and easily accessible. Swimming: Excellent with a sandy bottom Parking Information: 2-4 vehicles - We must collect WI state sales tax for every guest. It is calculated at a rate of 5.6% and per Airbnb rules, I must collect that separately. Other things to note House Rules This is a 100% smoke-free property. We work with a trusted cleaning team that helps us keep the home in top condition. Please report any damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. Garbage & Recycling Because the Northwoods does not have trash pickup service, guests are required to take all garbage and recycling to the local trash center before checkout. Instructions and directions are provided in the house manual. During July and August, we require a 6-night minimum stay, with bookings running Saturday to Saturday. Per county regulations, we must also collect a 5.6% County Occupancy Tax. Airbnb requires this to be collected through a special offer, which we will send after booking.
