The Residence is located in Quercianella and offers moments of relaxation thanks to the swimming pool and the large shared garden, less than 5 minutes walk to the sea. The interior space is composed as follows: FIRST LEVEL - BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, split A/C; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV with Netflix, table with chairs, split A/C, access to the garden; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, terrace with table and chairs; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; SECOND LEVEL: - BEDROOM with four single beds (two pull-out beds), desk with chair, wardrobe, split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; SWIMMING POOL equipped with two sunbeds reserved. GARDEN ground floor equipped with table and chairs; FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. Only one courtesy kit is provided upon arrival. SWIMMING POOL HOURS: Available from 15 June to 25 September. The lifeguard is not present.
