Excellent private detached house on two levels about 900 mt from the Pineta and the transparent sea of Sant'Anna di Budoni. The house is very spacious, bright and well furnished. It has a large terrace and an outdoor balcony overlooking the sea. it is located in a very quiet area but a short walk from the most important services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and the beach.
